Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Champi Perú (the "Service"), operated by NURICCORI S.A.C., whether through WhatsApp or the website, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Champi Perú is a directory operated by NURICCORI S.A.C. that facilitates contact between people seeking services and independent professionals who provide them. Champi Perú is NOT a party to any transaction between clients and service providers.

3. Champi's role as intermediary

Champi acts exclusively as an information and contact platform. We do not employ, hire, supervise, or control any service provider listed on the platform.

  • Champi does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any service offered by providers.
  • Champi is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or harm resulting from hiring a provider found through the Service.
  • All contractual relationships, price agreements, and service performance are exclusively between the client and the provider.

4. Disclaimer of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champi is exempt from all liability for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from hiring providers.
  • The truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of information provided by providers.
  • Disputes between clients and providers, including but not limited to: quality of work, compliance with deadlines, prices, property damage, or personal injury.
  • Interruptions, errors, or failures of the Service.

5. Eligibility and provider obligations

To register as a professional you must be at least 18 years old.

By registering, providers declare that:

  • They are at least 18 years old.
  • The information provided is truthful and accurate.
  • They have the skills and, where applicable, the legal authorizations required to offer their services.
  • They are responsible for the quality and performance of their services.

6. Content license

By uploading photos, descriptions, or other content to the platform, the provider grants Champi a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to display and reproduce such content on the platform and in its promotion. The provider represents and warrants that they own the rights to the content they publish or have sufficient authorization to use it.

7. Indemnification

The provider agrees to indemnify and hold Champi and NURICCORI S.A.C. harmless from any third-party claim, demand, penalty, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the services they provide, their conduct, or the content they publish on the platform.

8. Client obligations

Clients are responsible for verifying the suitability of a provider before hiring them. Champi recommends requesting references, verifying experience, and agreeing on terms in writing before beginning any work.

9. Reviews

Reviews are anonymous and reflect the individual experience of each user. Champi does not verify the authenticity of reviews but reserves the right to remove fraudulent or abusive content.

If you are a provider and believe a review on your profile is false or defamatory, you may report it by writing to hola@champi.pe. Champi will review the report within ten (10) business days and may remove content that violates these terms.

10. Modifications

Champi may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Applicable law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru. These terms are published in Spanish and in other languages for reference: in case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Champi Perú is operated by NURICCORI S.A.C., RUC 20607898856, with domicile in Lima, Peru.
